Our portal aims to help women with endometriosis find a path to an easier life with their condition, to a life free of pain and with a smile on their face. We are the first company in Poland to dedicate our products to women with endometriosis and other inflammatory diseases. We also conduct workshops and educational trips aimed at creating a community where women with endometriosis won't feel alone. We created EndoMe for women with chronic diseases, so they never again feel invisible.

The founder and originator of the EndoMe community is Karolina Szymczak-Adamczyk, a Polish and American actress and the wife of Piotr Adamczyk, who has been suffering from stage IV endometriosis for 15 years. A few years ago, after being diagnosed with endometriosis, she decided to help other women come to terms with the disease and raise public awareness about what it is. endometriosisHowever, endometriosis is still not talked about enough, and women continue to feel alone and lost when faced with the disease. The EndoMe portal and our products are intended to help Endo Women and all women suffering from incurable diseases find the best treatment options and support them in their daily struggle and life with the disease.
For Karolina, this is her personal life mission.

Dr. Joanna Jacko, MD

Dr. Joanna Jacko, MD, PhD, is a specialist in obstetrics, gynecology, and gynecologic oncology. She co-founded EndoTeamWarsaw, a team of specialists who perform expert laparoscopic surgery for deeply infiltrating endometriosis, including procedures using the Da Vinci robot, at Medicover Hospital in Warsaw.
She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. She is a member of the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG).
Although his main area of interest is ultrasound diagnosis and surgical treatment of endometriosis, Dr. Jacko also specializes in prenatal ultrasound diagnosis, management of physiological pregnancies and high-risk pregnancies (including women with gestational diabetes).
Her involvement in the Endowomen community is also visible on the EndoTeamWarsaw Instagram profile, where she educates patients, doctors, and anyone interested in endometriosis in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

Krzysztof Janowiec, MD

Krzysztof Janowiec, MD, is a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Krakow. He is co-owner and medical director of BARSKA Clinic in Nowy Sącz, the first facility in the region specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, endometriosis, endometrial disorders, and dysmenorrhea.
In addition to BARSKA Clinic, the doctor also works at the Parens Infertility Treatment Center in Krakow, complementing comprehensive infertility treatment with the in vitro procedure.
First and foremost, Dr. Krzysztof Janowiec specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis and adenomyosis, which often lead to infertility. He is a strong advocate for non-invasive endometriosis diagnosis and holistic treatment.
He regularly participates in world scientific congresses in the field of infertility, endometriosis and adenomyosis, recurrent miscarriages and minimally invasive hysteroscopy.
His areas of interest and daily practice also include disorders of the endometrium and pelvic microbiome, particularly those leading to implantation disorders and fertility failure. Therefore, another major area of interest for the doctor is minimally invasive hysteroscopy, which Dr. Janowiec performs largely under local anesthesia, eliminating the need for general anesthesia. Aleksandra Dziura

A clinical dietitian, she graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw (Bachelor's and Master's degree) and the Institute of Performance Nutrition. She continually expands her knowledge of women's health and nutrition by participating in conferences in Poland and abroad. She approaches her work with patients holistically, seeking the root cause of problems rather than merely masking symptoms. For over five years, she has been working with women with endometriosis and adenomyosis. She helps reduce pain and other symptoms associated with this condition (including chronic fatigue and gastrointestinal issues), prepare for pregnancy, and recover from surgery without adding pressure or stress. She also works with women with hormonal and autoimmune disorders, as well as athletes (both professional and amateur). Her patients' physical and mental health are paramount. She views diet as a tool and a lifestyle, not a list of dos and don'ts. In her work with patients, she focuses on establishing lasting habits tailored to the individual's needs and capabilities.

Michalina Handzlik

Michalina Handzlik is a clinical dietitian and graduate of the Medical University of Wrocław. Her passion for dietetics has been with her since high school. Along the way, she developed a passion for something beautiful yet often misunderstood in every woman – hormones.
On a daily basis, she works mainly with women who struggle with hormonal imbalance.
It tries to make us aware of how much we can gain if we try to live in harmony with our hormones, rather than working against them.
She specializes in hormonal disorders such as endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), Hashimoto's thyroiditis, hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, and acne. She also helps adopt a conscious and holistic approach to supporting fertility, regulating the menstrual cycle, and preparing a woman's body for pregnancy.
In addition to raising awareness about how a properly selected and balanced diet impacts our daily lives, she strives to emphasize the importance of aspects such as sleep, physical activity, mental health, and living in accordance with circadian rhythms. Only by connecting all these dots can we truly address our health.

Paulina Gorska

Paulina Górska – clinical dietitian, graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw (first-cycle studies), Poznań University of Medical Sciences (second-cycle studies) and the Doctoral School of the Poznań University of Medical Sciences.
She has completed, among others, training courses: Endometriosis and PCOS – diagnostic and nutritional recommendations (Institute of Nutritional Education), Nutrition and Supplementation in PCOS (Dietomedica), SIBO – diagnosis and treatment – a practical approach of a doctor (Institute of Microecology and Kcalmar.pro).
With women's needs and desires in mind, she founded the Kobieca Strona Dietetyki (Female Dietetics Website). For four years, she has been teaching women with endometriosis and PCOS what their diet should look like. diet supporting the treatment of the disease. It supports patients not only in their pursuit of better well-being, but also in achieving their desired pregnancy.

Marzena Pitchford

Marzena Pitchford is a nutritional therapist. In 2020, she earned her Diploma as a Nutritional Therapist from The College of Naturopathic Medicine in Manchester, UK. In 2023, she began postgraduate studies in Nutritional Therapy at the University of Portsmouth and in Clinical Dietetics at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
She completed additional training in endometriosis at the Integrative Women's Health Institute. She continually expands her knowledge in women's health and functional medicine, where the primary goal is to identify the cause of the condition and restore balance to the body.
For three years, she has been working primarily with women struggling with endometriosis. As a nutritional therapist, she helps them reduce pain, bloating ("endo belly"), and infertility issues without restrictive diets or added stress.
This is not the only group of women Marzena works with – she also supports women in restoring hormonal health in cases of thyroid disease, polycystic ovaries, insulin resistance and perimenopause.
She shows women with hormonal imbalances how to use nutrition and lifestyle medicine to regain connection with their bodies and live healthy lives full of energy and vitality.
She believes in a personalized approach to health, not in a single diet or supplement that will eliminate all symptoms. Her goal is to implement lasting and sustainable changes by creating personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans that are appropriate for each patient's health and life situation.

Dorota Olanin

Dorota Olanin is a graduate of the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences, majoring in Food Technology and Human Nutrition, and completed postgraduate studies in "Nutritional and Dietetic Counseling" at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW AR). She earned her professional license as a dietitian during her studies at the Medical Vocational School. She also completed postgraduate studies in "Psychodietetics." These studies add particular value to her work with patients with endometriosis, whose relationship with food is often disrupted by numerous dietary restrictions.
He is a member of the World Endometriosis Society, the Beat Endometriosis Foundation and, pursuant to the Order of the Minister of Health, participates in the work of the endometriosis team.
She has been involved in endometriosis for six years. She collaborates with physicians who specialize in endometriosis treatment, creating a multidisciplinary team and emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach to endometriosis. Her greatest inspiration for exploring knowledge and seeking effective targeted therapies comes from her patients, with whom she speaks during consultations, hospital visits, and private sessions. She has developed an endometriosis treatment plan based not only on nutritional therapy and personalized supplementation but also on targeted probiotic therapy. Gut microbiota and its impact on the functioning of the human body is an area of particular interest to her. She is also interested in mitochondrial medicine and parasitology.

Monika Wasilewska-Królak

Monika Królak-Wasilewska is a clinical dietitian. She graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), specializing in dietetics. She is a member of the Polish Association of Dietitians (PSD) and the Polish Association of People with Celiac Disease and on a Gluten-Free Diet. She is a member of the Program Council of the Endopolka Foundation. She is a valued expert invited to television programs on nutrition.
Above all, she is passionate about a healthy lifestyle, and in her work, she focuses on a functional and holistic approach to the patient. For many years, she has been working with women with endometriosis, considering all comorbidities and seeking a protocol tailored to each individual. She promotes an anti-inflammatory diet, which, according to the latest scientific research, supports endometriosis, including by reducing inflammation. Another area of her focus is dietary support for fertility. She also specializes in PCOS, Hashimoto's disease, insulin resistance, SIBO, acid reflux, histamine issues, and acne.
Her social media channels feature numerous tips on improving egg quality, supporting male fertility, supplements proven to help with endometriosis, and recipes for anti-inflammatory meals.

Magdalena Kowalska is a Pilates instructor and teacher certified by the Pilates Method Alliance and a Slow Jogging instructor. She has been involved in Pilates for 10 years and works at Fizjopilates Studio in Wrocław.
She teaches classical Pilates classes, utilizing the entire method—on the mat, with equipment, and with small devices—both in groups and individually. Her extensive experience and personal training allow her to provide a personalized approach to each client, prioritizing the individual, their body, and their needs, not just the "exercise."

She's a prime example of this – she abandoned a sedentary lifestyle (10 years as a computer graphic designer) and daily develops a new appreciation for her current job, movement, and its impact on overall well-being. Kamila Kuźniar-Kosowska

Kamila Kuźniar-Kosowska is a urogynecological physiotherapist and a graduate of the Medical University of Wrocław. She also works as a Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage breathing instructor, personal trainer, fitness instructor, educator, and PelviCoach, utilizing the PelviFly system's modern diagnostic and pelvic floor muscle therapy tools.
For over a dozen years, she has been running and developing the RehaFit rehabilitation, massage and personal training center in Wrocław, together with her husband.
Several years ago, due to the growing number of patients reporting chronic pain and painful periods with suspected or confirmed endometriosis, she immersed herself almost entirely in the topic, seeking and developing the most effective methods and techniques to significantly reduce symptoms and improve quality of life for these patients. Extensive experience in office work, numerous observations made during physiotherapy with patients suffering from endometriosis, and a noticeable gap in the field of holistic support for endometriosis led to the creation of ENDOPOMOCNIK, which Kamila conceived and co-authored. ENDOPOMOCNIK is an online course that, in collaboration with other specialists, including physicians, a dietitian, and a psychotherapist, has become a wonderful tool for working and supporting patients, providing a wealth of theoretical knowledge and practical tips, self-therapy techniques, pain relief, and physical activity, all valuable for this insidious condition.

Magda Kosmala

Magda Kosmala-Banasik is a urogynecological physiotherapist, a manual therapist of fascial methods (Fascial Distortion Model and Fascial Manipulation), and a licensed instructor of Pilates, BodyART, and classes for pregnant and postpartum women. She is a graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw. She is currently a student of osteopathy at the Academy of Osteopathy in Warsaw. She is a member of the Program Council of the Endopolki Foundation.
She specializes in working with women suffering from endometriosis and perinatal care. She has a mission in her field and wants to spread as much knowledge about urogynecology as possible. She uses visceral therapy methods to improve the mobility of internal organs, provides exercise instruction for self-practice at home, and uses manual therapy to reduce pain symptoms in patients, such as painful intercourse and painful menstruation.
In 2015, she volunteered in Malawi on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the "Polish Aid" program. In 2016, she led workshops for participants of the Chinese yoga school "Yoga Village" in Xiamen.
In addition to providing individual patient care in her office, she is committed to supporting the EndoKobiet community by co-organizing in-person, off-site, and online workshops. Another area of her work is social media education, where Magda normalizes urogynecological issues, combats perpetuated myths, and demonstrates exercises that support women's bodies after endometriosis surgery, a C-section, or postpartum.

EndoMe is a brand that not only produces high-quality products for women suffering from endometriosis, but also actively engages in social and educational activities aimed at improving awareness of this disease.
As part of its mission to support women with endometriosis, EndoMe has partnered with the Endopolki Foundation, which focuses on education and support for patients. By participating in social events, conferences, webinars, and other educational activities organized by the foundation, the brand aims to foster understanding of the disease, its symptoms, and its effects. Collaborating with organizations and individuals who support endometriosis patients is a key element of the brand's social commitment, which strives to create a more informed and supportive environment for women affected by the disease. In the future, once appropriate procedures are developed, the brand intends to contribute to financing endometriosis surgeries for those under the foundation's care.
